Answer: The logo applicator allows you to place the logo on your product in various locations. Different products may have different designated areas for logos, which are indicated by dots. You can click any of the dots in order to move to the desired placement for your logo and then flip the product vertically or horizontally as needed to align it correctly. If you want to, you can also use the zoom function to get the logo into the size you are looking for.

Answer: Your logo can be submitted in various formats! Ideally, we recommend vector formats like .pdf, .svg, or .eps for best results because they scale well without losing quality. If you only have a picture format, .png or .tiff they will work fine too. For optimal printing quality with your picture logo, aim for a resolution of around 300 dpi.

Answer: When using the logo applicator, think about the background of your logo. If your logo has a transparent background, the product's surface color will show through. If you want a specific background color, make sure it is included in the logo design. Also, when printing on brown cardboard, white won't be visible, and light colors may look darker. Answer: The pricing for products using the logo applicator vary a lot based on the quantity ordered. The cost per unit decreases as the order quantity increases. For example, here is the pricing for the Pastry Packaging 01 product:

• For an order of 1000 pcs, the unit price is 0.67 € per product.
• For an order of 2000 pcs, the unit price drops to 0.37 € per product.
• Similarly, for 3000 pcs and 4000 pcs, the unit prices decrease further to 0.27 € and 0.22 € per product, respectively.

As shown above, the unit price decreases a lot when the quantity increases. This encourages larger orders for cost savings per unit. All Weboksi products using the logo applicator follow this structure, except stickers.

However, if you find a product that fits your needs perfectly but lacks logo applicator functionality, you can contact us to discuss custom packaging design. Please note, this process requires longer timelines and incurs additional costs as our designers create and prepare production files. Custom packaging orders start from 1000 pieces. Therefore, this option is best suited for larger businesses or high-volume orders.

Answer: Unfortunately, products customized with your own logo or print cannot be returned. Once your logo has been applied using our logo applicator, the product becomes uniquely personalized to your brand or design.

Answer: If you're unsure about the logo or print for your product, we suggest ordering a sample first to better understand its suitability for your needs. Once you've tested the product and are satisfied, our logo applicator will personalize it according to your specifications.

Answer: It is not possible to order a sample of the product that has your own print on it. If you are unsure about the logo or print you want, we recommend ordering a sample of the product without print or the minimum quantity available.

Answer: The delivery time for packaging's with any added logo or print is 4 weeks, for stickers with logoprint 1 week. This timeframe includes production for customized products. While Weboksi ensures timely production, delays due to logistics or shipping are not our responsibility.

Answer: Depending on the type of product onto which you're printing your logo, certain colors may be more suitable. Generally, black or dark colors are often recommended. When printing on white cardboard, the logo applicator provides a more accurate result based on the colors in the logo as you see it on your screen.

So, in other words, on a white product, lighter colors can also be printed, but as for brown, please refer to the examples below to visually understand how colors can appear differently.
